Victoria's former clients include major international companies such as ALROSA, Sistema JSFC, Sberbank CIB, Accor, and Rezidor. She has also collaborated with top retailers and food producers.

Victoria has significant experience in the congress industry, having worked for Roscongress, Russia's largest event operator. Prior to joining Montfort Eurasia, she led international projects at En+ Group, the largest independent power and metals holding. In this role, she was responsible for supporting financial communications and overseeing ESG communications.

Based permanently in Tashkent, Victoria is fluent in Russian and English and speaks Serbian.
