Alisher has extensive international experience and is adept at communicating across cultures. He helped grow an international logistics start-up in Tashkent, where he developed business and built an office from scratch. Prior to this, he worked as an operations manager in San Francisco, as well as in customer service at a Korean company.

Alisher has a BSc from Inha University in Korea, and a course in Asian International Relations from Harvard University, USA. Alisher speaks Uzbek, Russian, English, Korean and Tajik.
