Prior to joining Montfort, Olga was Deputy CEO for Corporate Affairs at Verny Capital, a leading investment group in Kazakhstan, where she led corporate communications and CSR of the portfolio companies and strategic management of the media and education businesses.

With over 26 years of experience across diplomacy, public affairs, media, education, philanthropy, and corporate governance, she specializes in strategic leadership, communications, reputation management, ESG, and organizational change. She brings deep expertise in governance, strategy, and thought leadership.

Olga Abdrakhmanova is a Certified Director from the Institute of Directors, UK, an Accredited Practitioner of the Chartered Institute for Public Relations, and holds an MSc in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. She also holds advanced certifications from Graduate Stanford Business School.
