Vladislav is an experienced communications professional specializing in crisis communications and special situations. He also crafts clear, effective digital and content strategies and raises clients’ profiles across media and digital landscapes. In his role as a Senior Account Executive, he manages projects to ensure timely delivery at the highest level possible.

Key projects Vladislav has been involved with include, but are not limited to, providing international reputational support for Jusan Bank, executing the first IAF and ITMF Annual Conference in Uzbekistan and helping the Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association reconnect with the international textile community after decades of boycott of Uzbek cotton products. He also works on crisis management and special situations and supports the senior management team in handling reputation and other issues for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Montfort, Vladislav worked in the largest IT organisation in Uzbekistan - IT Park, promoting major projects and events, and popularising the IT field in the country. He also has experience in the creative industry, specifically for a photographic production company, working as a project manager with major brands in Uzbekistan.

Moreover, he has worked for the UN, helping the UN in Uzbekistan to promote the Sustainable Development Goals.

He is fluent in English and Russian, with basic proficiency in German and Uzbek, and holds a degree in Business and Financial Management from the University of Sunderland.
