Nick is one of Europe’s most experienced corporate reputation and M&A advisers with a 35-year track record advising clients across sectors and geographies. In 2018 he led the Montfort team which helped Melrose plc to victory in a high-profile contested bid for GKN. In the past he has worked on many of the defining M&A transactions of the last three decades as well as acting for some of the UK’s best-known entrepreneurial figures including Richard Branson, Terry Smith and Tim Steiner.

He was CEO and latterly chairman of Financial Dynamics (now FTI) before co-founding M:Communications and more recently Montfort.

Nick was born in India, studied French and Russian at Cambridge University and speaks some German.
