Polina has years of experience in management and project coordination. Prior to joining Montfort Eurasia, Polina was based in Russia, where, holding the position of Operational Manager of a group of start-ups, she led teams and ensured operational progress. Currently, she is responsible for project administration and marketing in the company.

Polina's career path also includes international experience in the fashion industry and design, having held multiple contracts in Asia, including Seoul and Hong Kong.

She is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics in Saint-Petersburg with a degree in International Business and Management, and speaks Russian, English, and Ukrainian.
