Sokhibjamol started her career in her 20s in the information service of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She has been actively involved in covering the latest news on the state budget, the Initiative Budget project, public procurement and public debt.  

She participated in the organisation of international forums, round tables and other important events. In the framework of the second economic forum, she organised a business breakfast for 350 international experts and media representatives. Sokhibjamol graduated from the Journalism and Mass Communications University of Uzbekistan with a degree in public relations.
